Orders & Delivery

Ordering

* We require 7-10 working days notice on all cakes ordered. 3 weeks notice is required for Wedding cakes and Special Event cakes. We recommend that you order as early as you can to avoid disappointment.
* Please check your order and inscriptions thoroughly before payment.
* No major changes will be entertained 48 hours before delivery/collection date. Corrections and minor changes to cakes, including inscription mistakes, can be corrected on the same day in most cases.
* We will do our best to decorate all cakes to the same stardard as the pictures. However, because our cakes are hand-made and fresh to order, designs may vary slightly.
* We only require deposits on Wedding cakes and Special Event cakes(6lb and over). 50% is due upon ordering, the balance on collection/delivery.
* If an inscription colour or any other choice is left unselected on your order, then we reserve the right to use our own discretion.
* We only accept cash or credit cards. We apologise that at this time, we are unable to accept cheques.
* Complaints are very rare and some take them very seriously. Cakes, or part of cakes must be returned with two days to ensure we are able to fairly assess the nature of the complaint.

Delivery Charge

You may collect the cakes free of charge from our shop before 6pm.
Opening times are Monday - Saturday 11am-7pm (Closed Sundays)
Central - $100 Upwards
Hong Kong Island - $200 Upwards
Kowloon - $350 Upwards
At this moment, we are unable to deliver to Outlying Islands.

Delivery Info

* Cakes are delivered carefully by our dedicated delivery team.
* Delivering in Hong Kong is very unpredictable due to traffic congestion. All cakes will be delivered on your chosen delivery date. However, we are unable to offer specified delivery times.
* If you require your cake for a specified time you must choose a delivery date for the day before.
* Our cakes keep perfectly fresh in a cool dark place for one week.
* We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
* In case of typhoon signal no. 8 or red/black rainstorm warnings and/or other unpredictable circumstances, please contact us for alternative arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refund on cakes cancelled less than 72 hours prior to collection/ delivery. In the case of Wedding cakes and Special Event cakes, we require a 2 week cancellation notice, otherwise there will be a full charge.
